The Basic version of the flight goes from the South Rim to the North Rim and back via the Dragoon Corridor, the widest, deepest section of the Canyon. In most cases it uses a standard Bell Range helicopter that may be outfitted with a rear-facing back bench seat. The basic is the cheapest option and ranges in price from $169 to $184 per person depending on time of year and availability.
This tour does the same thing as the basic (South Rim to North Rim and back via Dragoon Corridor) except in an EcoStar 130 helicopter. This helicopter is 25 percent bigger than the Bell Range and features all-forward-facing stadium style seats and a 180-degree wraparound windshield (every seat's the "best in the house." Prices range from $209 to $239 per per person depending on time of year and availability.
